Jason Kirkpatrick is a graduate from the University of San Diego.   While in law school, he was active in many moot court competitions, and received the highest grade in a juvenile law class for a paper about the effects of California’s juvenile record system.

Jason has participated in many volunteer activities including working for Public Counsel in the downtown Los Angeles courthouse helping people file in pro per guardianships and working for a non-profit organization maintaining a library for a rural village in Ghana.

Jason is experienced in drafting, presenting and arguing law and motion matters as well as legal research and preparing matters for trial.  Jason is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar association and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. Jason has been with the firm since January of 2003.
