Biography
Patrick is an associate in the Calabasas
office of Crandall, Wade and Lowe.
Patrick is responsible for cases
defending various insurance carriers against claims for property damage and
physical injuries. He also represents restaurants and stores in premises
liability actions. He prepares cases for trial, attends settlement
conferences, conducts discovery and prepares law and motion.
Prior to joining the firm, Patrick
was a judicial extern at the Federal District Court for the Central District
of California in Downtown Los Angeles. Additionally, he was a summer
associate at the Century City based firm of Christensen, Miller, Fink,
Jacob, Glaser, Weil & Shapiro. He has also worked for a personal injury law
firm throughout law school.
Patrick is admitted to practice
before all California State Courts. He is also admitted to practice before
both the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, and the U.S.
District Court, Southern District of California
Patrick is a member of the American
Bar Association, the Southern California Restaurant Association, and the
Southern California Defense Counsel.
Patrick is a licensed real estate
broker in the State of California. |
