Biography
Sherry is a senior associate who
represents various insurance carriers and corporate clients against property
damage and personal injury claims in both state and federal courts. She is
responsible for handling all aspects of a case from its inception, including
preparing responsive pleadings, conducting discovery, law and motion
matters, conducting mediations, arbitrations and settlement conferences, and
preparing for trial.
Prior to joining the firm, Sherry worked as an associate for an Orange
County based insurance defense firm specializing in construction defect
litigation. During law school, she was the Executive Editor of the
Communications and Entertainment Law Journal as well as the Vice President
of the Korean-American Law Students Association. Sherry also graduated in
the top third of her class. In addition, she was a judicial extern for both
the Hon. Sandra Margulies in the Alameda Superior Court, Law and Motions
Department and for the Hon. John E. Munter in the San Francisco Superior
Court. She also worked as a summer associate for a San Francisco based law
firm practicing personal injury, employment and medical malpractice
litigation.
Sherry is admitted to practice before
all California State Courts. She is also a member of the American Bar
Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Southern
California Defense Counsel. |
